not sure on how to make a dip stick work.
the b18a/b, d16's, JDM d15b, ZC VTEC, DOHC ZC, d15z1 and d17 all have 137mm Rods. The d15z1 rods are few mm smaller on the crank end (43mm vs 45mm i believe)
your calculations are correct, However if you notice the Piston to deck height, your pistons will go .087" Above the top of your deck. thats 2.2mm, You will need to make sure your ring isn't going above your deck as well otherwise you will loose your rings, and thus your compression.

Looking over
this agian it meantions using a B16 Rod and a Toyota Supra Pistons to get a near perfect 1.49 rod/stroke Ratio. For a N/A Application this with a lightened flywheel and cams, this would make a good high revving setup.
