How do you remove them? I know they just press on so dont they just pull off? I searched and didnt find anything right away so sorry if there is already something on it.

head on: you will need a tool to put air to the cylinder "air leak test tool" to hold the valves up and get a special to that will compress the valve spring to remove the keepers that hold the spring on the valve. once the valve springs are removed "keeping air in cylinder so they don't fall in to the cylinder" you will be able to replace the seal. and repeat for every seal on every valve / cylinder required!!

head off: just need a valve spring compressor to remove the valve springs keepers in order to remove the springs. to gain access yet again to the valve seal. if you pull the head to do this job you could also clean up the valves

lol, yeah got em ell off finally. Bent one all up before i decided to ask, didnt want to damage anything. Finally had my cousin hold the head down with both hands while i pulled up. They were on there good, i was lifting the head off the table even with him pressing as hard as he could. Had to take a break after we pulled the first 8, lol. But there are some tricks. Once they pull up a little bit they pop right off.
