wtf is the difference between an automatic transmission radiator and a manual transmission radiator?

I probably wouldn't go cheap with a radiator. Overheating is very bad to your engine. The automatic trans radiator has a built in trans fluid cooler. You can use an auto radiator in a manual car but can't use a manual radiator on an automatic because it has no cooler.

so I got a new radiator for $90
It went from bad to worse
From a leak to a piss
I keep walking back and forth from my place to the parts store
The parts store will have the radiator at 5pm so I just gotta wait

Im just pissed cause now I have to top off my trans fluid.
I dont have any more honda trans fluid
and I have no more honda coolant.
The closest dealership is like 40mins away.

I will eventually get a black works racing radiator

I know you already got a radiator, but the ebay radiators do work well. I know a couple persons that use it without issue.
Sorry to hear about ur issue. I know how disappointing it is to install a part that's supposed to fix a prob and it does the opposite. I'd just change the thermostat if I were u. Might as well right :thumb:

You guys are awesome Im glad I can come to this forum for help
Im serious too ive learned so much from civic-eg

Im sorry to have thrown you off but my old radiator went from bad to worse
My old one was just leaking and then it would just piss so I got a replacement one for $90.

I replaced all the hoses and clamps
My new one works fine I think. It overheats a little bit but I think its because I didnt put enough coolant and top off my trans fluid.
