Hi all,
Got myself a '92 1.3 civic last week, and all was well until it died today - oil and battery lights on, engine dead. Anyways, it happily started again so I drove home and had a look around. Couldn't see anything obviously wrong, but then I found this mystery wire that goes nowhere... Can anyone tell me what it is and if it should be connected somewhere?

It goes into a connector, it's the right one of two next to each other under the dizzy. The left one is straight down and the right one is at an angle.

It's hard to explain! Do you want a picture or do you understand what I mean?

Should I just be able to plug it back in?

It looks like it's come unattached from the connector so split the connector, push the pin back through and join them back up.

I'll get a picture and upload it now.
