how far can you boar a d16z6 over before reaching the wall limit on the block?

If you wanna boost, i would avoid overboring. D series' - being an open deck motor - already have problems with cylinder walls giving in at moderate to high boost.

moving to D series and .020 bore (75.5mm) is still safe for boost. That's enough to refresh the cyls of a high mileage motor for a fresh turbo build.

to teal_dx thanx for the advice ill take it into consideration when i go to rebuild seein as how i have over 220,000 on my motor..
