Hey guys i have another prob, i checked my spark plugs for the first time since ive had my car. I think it is the #4 cylinder, there is oil on the bottom of the plug and above where the plug wires attatch. Could this be the lower seal on the head or something else? all the other plugs are clean, oh and its going through oil now im about 1 qt low. Its never been low and didnt burn oil at all until about a week ago.


Any input would help.

Maybe your valve cover gasket is bad.

each spark plug has its own little gasket. might aswell go ahead and replace the valve cover gasket which comes with the 4 little spark plug rings

Isnt there 2 rubber seals for each sparkplug tube (i dont know the exact name,tube.)? oil isnt coming in from the top where the valve cover meets those tubes.
