So I recently traded my DA for a Y8 swapped hatch. Vtec is currently disconnected and its running the wrong ecu to get the most out of the motor.

Should I run a P28 ecu? The kid I got it from said thatd be my best bet, but I don't see why he was running the wrong ecu to begin with then.. I've NEVER dealt with a swap before. Also, how do I hook vtec up. noob question I know.

well once ya have the p28 ecu all connected properly the ecu should tell vtec when to kick in, sometimes people throw in wrong ecus and the likes to save money. or couldnt source the p28
