Spun Bearing?

Can Anyone Confirm if the sound in the video is a spun bearing

fix the bearing or new long block?

No point in getting a new longblock. That would just be a waste of a perfectly good head and block casing. Just get new bearings and all of the machine work done. Balancing the crank etc.

If that's a single v take off the v sylininode when u take it off u will c a meatel filter on it check if there is meatel and brass shaving if there is then yup bottom when out........and I say get onother block idk how much they r around ur area but out here in Mia ther r 90 at the junkyards Iv gotten a few motors built and they just don't last I give it 6 months if u drive hard

So It turns out that my alternator was loose and banging around
tightened it and now everthing is great i took my oil pan off jst in case and yea i dodged a bullettt
