okay guys my eg8 don't wanna start this is all shes doing i checked the spark plugs they are black on the tips

she turns over and sounds like its starting then starts puttering i also think i hear a thudding sound coming from the intake

so you have tested for spark?

i Just changed the spark plugs and she started BUT why do they keep getting the DARK deposits, ive changed them twice in the last year

Sounds like you have a bad igniter or coil or both. Try to find another dizzy to try out.

did you see his reply that it runs with new plugs???

If they keep getting black tips, then you may have too much fuel. That could be an O2 sensor on its way out. Or weak spark not burning all the fuel.

i was told that i might have to adjust my timing? would that be the belt or the dizzy

Assuming your mechanical timing ( timing belt) is correct and everything is at top dead center, you should get a timing gun and adjust your dizzy.
