what ecu uses d16w3 engine, and what OBD?
and can I put b7 or z6 intake mani on this engine?

So you have an OBD2 motor. Are you putting this into an OBD1 car? D15b7 or D16z6 intake manifold will work :thumb:

All SOHC D series manifolds will interchange.

I have civic aerodeck, but that intake mani looks like a joke, looks like some kind of plastic.

and maybe with bigger mani it would go better.
is there difference between obd1 and obd2 engine harness, is all conectors for mani will fit?

Yes there is a difference in OBD1 and OBD2 harnesses. They are not compatible when it comes to OBD1 and OBD2 civics because of the design & position of the plugs on the harness. I would go with an intake manifold from the D16y8 motor. It is OBD2 so it will have the proper sensors for your OBD2 civic and it is also a very good flowing intake. :thumb:
