I have a d16z6 in a 94 hatch, right now the car has the 2 bolt drivers mount. What I need to know is do I use a 94-up integra 3 bolt engine bracket to convert my mount to a 3 bolt?

There are five mounts in the engine bay. Three are main supports that the motor and transmission rest on. The other two, below the transmission case and the one usually found on the ac bracket are more for the motor's rotation I believe.

Would you be referring to the motor mount which is attached near the serpentine belt, or the transmission support bolted above the transmission casing?

Yes. You will need the mount and the bracket on the block
