well for one thing in the US they can only be found in the 92-93 integra gsr and they only made 2500 in 92 and 500 in 93 so there were only about 3000 produced in the US so not to many people have them

A friend of mine had one in a EG....it was a BEAST!! 3rd gear was craazyyy.....deffinitly a good motor :thumb:

I had one for about 2 hours. Traded my old bronze rims for one and then sold it so that I could put in my LS. Then proceeded to walk all over the guy that I sold it too. B17a is just a stroked b16a. Still a torqueless wonder!!

Head and block. the b17 just has more stroke. so the crank and rods are different. The pistons are pretty much flat. No cc dome or dish. its got your basic b16a head and cams too i believe. Its even OBD1 to boot. just came with a cable tranny since it was in the DA teg.

I hate that term, "torquless wonder". It is so laughable, and the B18 is a torque monster? :lol:

My boys LS did rape me from stop light to stop light could not touch me on the highway to save his life. So which is better? For a drag race from a dead stop, yes an LS is great....................

to beat nothing but another Honda.
