we swapped in a gsr motor into an eg and we have everything in and ready to go. the only issue is that when we connect teh negative cable, it gets INSANE hot and smokes, and no auxilliary or anything along them lines. any ideas? were in the garage now please help us! were tired of bein electricuted and settin stuff on fire haha

Make sure EVERYTHING is GROUNDED , and screwed on correctly and all electrical is connected right, add another ground and check fuzes. let us know.

we checked it all over and seems to be like the starter isnt hooked up right or the cables from the battery or somethin but still arent sure. like when we connect the ground to the frame it freaks out and gets overly hot really fast. like literally melting terminals and everythiing else. were thinkin starter issue?
