Interior is going in this weekend, as soon as I finish.

#109702 thanks for the comments everyone
Some more pics that I took during the past few days.
I got two doors from a donor car and at first I was thinking about painting the interior panels cause they were gray, but then I decided to just chance the panel insert :? , from the new panels to my old ones. I was going to re-wrap the fabric anyways so it was an easy decision.
This procedure its easy and there's a ton of DIYs around. On to the pics....

I got 2 yards of black cloth from a fabric shop and the lady suggested that I buy this glue

Round 1... Fight!!!!

FAIL!!!

I tried to do it all the piece at once and fail miserably. Without another set of helping hands.

I got to redo everything again, this time a small piece at a time
Round 2... Fight!!!!

Driver side... All done

Still got to clean the excess glue and put them together.

Now the power windows and lock. I already got the power mirrors so the wires were already there.

Pass side with old set-up, only wire is for the mirrors. Gots to go!!!

Power window regulator :woot:

driver door, at this stage I was so damn pissed I only took a couple of pics and not the amount I would've like I spent the majority of the time cursing. The previous owner cut almost all the wiring harnesses, it was a mess

This crap is done, everything works except for the driver window regulator, apparently it's fried now I'm looking for a new one. Put the side skirts yesterday I'm working overtime to finish before Monday cause I start work. I'll see if I can snap a couple of pics of the hatch as it is right now. The interior is going in saturday including repo carpet.

I really don't know the name of the fabric but it is stretchy, and that help a lot when making the curves on the insert. The texture is like a lot of kind of "braided" small circles that feels nice  .

Here's a pic of driver side finish:

#109804 very nice job and good job taking care of that jungle of wires i mean i have seen worse trust me but that looked pretty decent. nice job cleaning it up and nice job on the door panels i gotta end up doing this as well.....but i think i may choose red fabric just wondering how big of a fabric cut did you get per panel?

Thanx man, those wires killed me. I still need to fix some loose ones, so I might just eliminate them. I got 1 yard of fabric and that was enough to make 3 panels, the first one that I messed up, and the other 2 that I'm using. I took the old fabric out lay it on top of the new fabric and gave 1 inch of slack all around.

I got lazy this weekend and just put the panels on the hatch, didn't put the carpet, the A/C or fix the driver window regulator... Damn!!
I'm at a crossroads right now guys, my tranny is giving up on me and I'm short on funds so I got to decide, refreshing the D16z6 or try and fix the tranny :(
