#126902 Rolled my old four door about a year ago, and the car saved my life. Airbags didn't even deploy, but the car held up strong enough to have me walk away with just a few cuts/scraps.

Depends on if your even driving or not.

That is a pretty intense crash tho. The better you further your driving skills the less of a chance you will crash. I love driving. I try to get better every day. and ill stick with my EG hatch all day erey day!! :thumb:

#128419 Getting a roll cage for street use is kind of over thought, if you get in an accident it can make you hurt worse because of having bars behind your seat and head, and if the front of your car gets smashed it, your head gets smashed into the bar, you're almost safer without one, unless you wear a helmet daily driving :)

#128440 i really don't know why your trashing the safety of this car. for being so light, it did pretty well. i heard the mini did terrible in a crash test. the way i see it, our car is made of recycled coke cans and the parts we didn't use for the body, is the engine (1.6 liters = 54oz. so thats like 4 1/2 cans of coke right there). plus this car is much more fun to drive than many of the other ones.

Well good sir, you are right on the money, there honestly is no reason to cage your car unless it'll be garaged 99% of the time except the 1% that its on the track. Strut bars/pillar bars etc. are the safest way to get your car to be more solid without having to weld things, even harness bars are unsafe, but thats my opinion, I wouldn't want to see anyone get their heads cut off from a harness bar in a bad accident, leave that as a thought..
