#202390 You'll need about ten o-rings. Not sure but you might be able to get an o-ring kit at your local auto parts store or, failing that, the Honda dealer. Everywhere a line connects to a major component will have an o-ring. Additionally, you'll need some very small o-rings if you decide to replace the expansion valve inside the evaporator. I decided to go this route when I installed my A/C, figuring that it would never be easier to replace the valve than when I had the evaporator unit sitting on my work bench.

Don't forget to give each o-ring a coating of ester oil before installation!

Ha yup i wont forget the ester oil...thx for the info. Hopefully i find the whole system instead of having to get it from differeant cars and hopefully its a r13 system.

Oh btw would anybody be intrested if i do a write up(diy) on the ac installation?

#202471 94+ are R134a. There's a big sticker in there to tell you which it is.

The compressors between the two are the same.

#202565 Well update.. i have almost every part i need to install my ac(r134a system). All i need is Compressor and Condenser, condenser fan....OK for the wire harness can i use a harness from a 93 civic(r12 system) on the r134a system?

this link is how i got started

i believe the harness is the same cuz they just changed the freon, compressor,drier,evap. technically not wiring

so wiring should be the same

#203012 yes always get a new drier everytime you open the system............. you dont have to but i recommend it cuz particals get into it and it doesnt get as cold

but............ 1 year later ive had to buy a new compressor so yeah i deff got a deal but key things bout used is

either abused or not working
