what sort of bhp we talking about with this kit? positive n negative side? standard setup?

#218353 If its a all stock set up with just the jrsc its gonna put out about 150-160ish...on 8psi

will it be much difference with 9psi? im thinking to get aem fuel rail, 440 injectors, aem cam gear

#218364 I mean whatever else u can add on it will make a difference... milk just had a stock motor and we just slaped on the supercharger and its untuned on top of that... it all comes down to power to weight...

#218368 its a jdm d15b vtec. a have an aem fuel rail, nrg external fpr, a jackson racing fmu and stage one upgrade with a boost timing controller and liquid intercooler. anything after 8 psi and youll want to upgrade cooling and fuel. i bought a mishimoto to help keep my motor cool but its under the hood temps that kill u. its the best decision ive made for my car!!!! :thumb:

#218498 sorry for daft question, but how you choose the psi? bearing in mind atm i just want to run on stock engine and until i can afford aem fuel rail, bigger injectors (RC 395/440) and aem cam gear then i will move on to bigger psi

#218580 i think from the factory they only push 6psi but you can get the JR Boost Upgrade Crank Pulley or something like that and it will raise it up some. i got a Jackson Racing in cab boost controller with my setup and its adjustable from 1 to 6psi so i asume thats all they put out stock. idk if you can get a smaller blower pulley or not but i know you could have trouble with the belt slipping if you try to push it too much

#218608 the smaller your sc pulley the facter it spins the more psi. the sc can only handle like 10-12 max though. you can find the pulley upgrade from jacskon racing.

ah okay, cuz the kit comes with 9psi and 12 psi pulley. without any mod on the internals i wont pushing too hard, just want running fine for daily driving.

is this kit worth $600?
