#235858 Interesting but in my opinion; stick to what you know works. There's no lubricant in existance that doesn't need to be changed.

not only does oil lube the shaft
it absorbs heat and prolongs the life ot the turbo

if i ever run turbo imma have a water and oil cooled turbo!

#235887 Keep in mind this turbo has ceramic bearings, so it doesn't sop up the heat quite as bad. But I know what you meant.

#236302 plus you'd have to change the grease out too probably ever so often. I like the idea of cooler oil passing through the turbo, then just relying on the ball bearing and high temp grease, to absorb some heat.
