- Sun Jul 24, 2011 5:38 pm #264811 got all the panels and old fabric off, already had glue. and got some gloss black engine enamel, im painting my heat shield and valve cover today. i just have to get some better fabric b4 i can wrap the doors, ima get some tomarrow. im also getting some trim paint for side moldings, license plate holder and mirrors and picking up the rest of the white paint to finish painting the car.

one of the bolts on the heat shield wouldnt come off so i painted it where it sat lol

is 500 degree paint enough or should i have gotten 2000 degree paint?
