- Mon Feb 20, 2012 3:43 pm #295602 ok guys im in need of some help asap i have right now a honda hsatch back 99 and my key and sterring wheel are both locked and will not turn for anything i tryed to wiggle really hard and charged battery and everything else what do yall think it might be

is the car automatic or standard?

- Mon Feb 20, 2012 11:06 pm #295649 Have you tried to un-jam the wheel with the key in the ignition. Sometimes I have to turn my wheel to the left a little before my key will turn.

- Tue Feb 21, 2012 3:30 am #295690 ok guys i figured it out if anyones car does this follow these two steps there very important ok unplug your ground battery then let it set for ten seconds then plug the wire back up then your ok to trun the wheel its a anti safty lock system in the sterring comlumn
