good news! my box will fit coupes (tested 96-00 coupe) so i'm pretty sure it'll fit the EG coupes the same way BUT it has a gap between the wall and the box. it has about enough space to pull out your jack but the box wont move or feels like it wont move becuase the shape of it lines the spare tire well
