- Fri Mar 06, 2009 3:00 pm #101009 ok so i didnt want to start a new topic so ill just keep my progress in this topic,well i got a couple more stuff for the hatch but im just updating you guys on my progress, i did some body work on my hatch and fixed the small rust spot since im getting her to the bodyshop tommorow morning to get it sanded down and reapinted,anyways heres a couple of pics,let me know what you think,ill take more pics when its fully painted,im hoping it turns out good.


everything you see in the pics that is black will be painted to blue.like lip,hood,sideskirts,mirrors,duckbill.ill update as soon as i get it back,comment please.











i dont know if you guys remember bout my hatch but heres what it looked like before

yes i was going the wrong way with the black corners,m3 side mirros,blue mudflaps,anyways i figure i didnt like the style of the hath anymore so i order,vision amber corner lights,type r front lip,also i had 18 inch wheels,not on picture,so i got a set of blades,also im in the prosses of painting my mudflaps flat black,also the side skirts and front lip,now waiting on my obx lower rear tie bar,spoon look alike duck bill,and some more things coming up,anyways enough ith the talkin here are a few pics,

got my blades repoilished

new color of the mudflaps

corner lights

arospeed coilover kit(installing them today hopefully)(i have cut springs if anyone wants to know why i bough them)

looks 100x better, just loose the lip

i just put the lip on, o well i think its going to stay for a while,thanks for the comments

I just think the type r lip sticks out to much on the eg's imo. If you like it then no worries

I just think the type r lip sticks out to much on the eg's imo. If you like it then no worries

yeah its true,but i guess it give a nice change to my hatch??well i like it,it would look better if it didnt stick out that much but anyways got it for cheap,thanks for the comment

I like the lip, I plan on getting one for my car here soon, car looks sweet

I like the lip, I plan on getting one for my car here soon, car looks sweet

thanks,its not too bad,i think it looks pretty decent and its not too expensive either i say buy it.
