- Fri Sep 18, 2009 10:11 am #144701 ok guys alot has happened to my civic since the last time i posted up anything about it. i blew the head gasket and decided to rebuild the entire motor and boost it

while i had the motor out i wire tucked the engine bay and the motor as much as i could with out going tooo far down the rabbit hole haha.

i also changed the color scheme of my engine bay and got some cool new parts and like i said turbo i have not installed the turbo yet as im looking for ecu software cause im broke as a joke and cant afford it right now, but i am however fittin all my piping for the entire turbo kit so that when the day comes to install it and tune it all i have to do is bolt on the turbo and run oil/vaccumme line.

here are some pics im very excited and should have the car finished and on the road next saturday


so here is my work space in the garage, and yea thats my truck and quad_runner there the truc, is my prerunner project i have been working on (it used to be lowered on 20's)

here are some pics of my engine bay with my wire tuck...i didnt go all out and run the wires through the firewall cause thats a bit excessive for my taste but i hid the main stuff you see in a bay so thats cool with me

unfortunatly i was planning on boostin and there are many people on this site that are gonna be sad to hear that i'm not going turbo anymore (i think)
cause my piping isn't for my car and stuff like that so i'm gonna just sell it instead of trying to destroy GReddy artwork. (maybe partial trade for a cam or something)

anyways im gonna post of some pics of the finished product in a lil bit

as of right now my car looks considerably different from the previous pics i posted like 6months ago or so?? any right now im suppper stoked on my new interior i redid and a gangload of new parts

i ended up not going with the turbo after all but instead plan a very mean daily driver all motor sohc. i will post pics up tommrow or so as im waiting for a sunny day and a couple new parts to come to take some real nice pics. i hope you all are as excited as i am about this.

thanks for all the help from everyone on this site! its amazing and has helped me soooo much in my build process

- Wed Mar 10, 2010 3:47 am #180300 i ended up not going the boost route with my build im building a high compression N/A motor. i already got the parts except a new head gasket i just need the time to install them and i still want a nice cam

- Thu Mar 11, 2010 12:06 am #180493 k here are my latest pics since the last update i got new untinted amber corners, black works purple extended lugnuts, re-upolstered my interior purple flannel, got ground controls with kyb ntrogen shocks, mugen lip, new falken 502 tires, short shifter, blox shift knob, black cargo cover, oem lsd trans, pedal covers, and changed my interior to all OEM honhda grey i hated that black sprayed shit.

i think thats all but there could be more idk its been soo long, you decide from the pics lol. ohh and sorry about the car being a lil dirty it rained on my wy to work today and i live out in the country lol.
