- Sat May 29, 2010 6:17 pm #197652 so i got an update, got to work on the tuck all day friday but go screwed on saturday and losta full day of work...in laws haha so i got the fenders all tucked and theonly thing i have left to do that i can do withought buying parts is to extend the plgs on the driver side to the middle of the firewall thats it

also picked up a set of nology hot wires last night they are quite nice.

also snapped a few pics of how low my car is without the fenders on lol

grinding the others down to see what the buffer can do


got my new gauge cluster...couldnt afford the eg6 sir one i wanted lol



got my winkers installed ( side markers)


moved the clutch resivor


dont know if i already posted this, probably did but oh well


my work space is pretty cluttered got alot of shit goin on lol

dyno numbers for the jrsc?

no dyno numbers yet, i decided to do awire tuck before i got to a dyno and the tuck has turned into a full makeover lol. shave bay and pay bar re did all the wireing under dash and hood, and a shit ton of other little things

- Wed Jun 16, 2010 10:33 pm #200692 ok os here is a recent update the shave bay wont be done till next month because honestky i spend wayyyyyy to much time onn this damn car ( that i love) and would rather take a vacation with my girl friend this month

anywho so the expected finish date is end of next month and thats cool with me cause at least ill know im taking my time and doing it right.

also sometime this week im picking up a coomplete true jdm h22a complete swap for 350$ so ima be picking up another eg hatch shell and making a track car, its gonna be a stock h22a and a dx or cx shell gutted with only a dash door panels 2 seats and a center consol in it. a pure go have fun track car

and some pics of my engine harness... not your typical tucked harness. i did my best to stay oem while tucking lol. to be honest i tried replicating teal_dx harness cause his came out supper clean. and im not done yet.
also i only had to entend/cut ONE wire in the harness besides the obvious injectors and t-stat ground wich are because of the jrsc.

- Wed Jun 23, 2010 3:09 am #201633 pictures of the bay with icing. im not going to coat my entire bay like teal did, i just cant see it being nessesary for my car as i still use it for some heavy driving from time to time.

more pics will be addedd soon as i sanded my bay with 180, then cleaned it real good with laquer thinnner, then applied icing, then sanded it with 120, tommorow i will do another set of icing and sanding cause it isnt perfect after one try ha. the next steps are a surprise and trust me will be worth seeing

also my comment about teal doing his whole bay is icing was a mistake on my parts i didnt realize in his pics that the bay had been primered and i thought it was all icing i found this out today when i started priming and it dawned on me that "wow thats why brians bay looks like that ha"

also ill update tommrow after noon as im going to prime the bay tommmrow

so idk when ill have the funds to actaully get the bay painted but prob by the end of the month
