- Wed Aug 18, 2010 4:38 am #209425 Alot of Fluid is shooting out of the Exhaust, At idle, near max rev 6000rpm
the fluid shoot out nearly 10 ft. Also there is evident of a small amount
of light colour smoke emitting from the exhaust pipe.

Car has been sitting around for a long while.

I will do a Head - Gasket, Water pump, and most of the belts, coming shortly, Hope this will cure the delima.

- Wed Aug 18, 2010 12:10 pm #209447 i had this exact same problem a few weeks ago, mine was due to a gammy IM gasket. it was letting coolant/water into one of the intake ports and some was getting burned, some was spraying out the exhaust...

- Mon Sep 27, 2010 7:59 pm #215608 yeah, the main body of the site is awesome for the technical stuff. theres a few of us on the UK section that meet up from time to time, its great to get just EG's out instead of all jap and all civic... keep an eye on there too buddy

its right at the bottom of the forums

- Mon Sep 27, 2010 8:25 pm #215609 Yeah awesome! I very much like the idea of that, I've kind of gone off the civiclife forums due to the overall attitude of many of the members on there. I prefer this site a lot more, plus as you say, it's priority is the EG/EJ chassis!

I have a friend local to me with an EG too, so I'll let him know too. I'll check out the UK section now.

I stick with this site, everyones here just to help and have a laugh basically... and ythe uk guys I met a while back are all awesome. we dont meet much now for diferent reasons but we will be meeting up again

where abouts in the UK are you then?

Pathetic really. Don't get me wrong, not everyone on there is like that. You're also absolutely right about this site though, love everyone here!

I'm from Kent, about 60-90mins to Portsmouth from where I am.
