Anything is possible. 9.1 compression isn't that bad for boost, especally with the low levels the super charger will be doing. as to how much power you get thats all in how awesome your tune is.

What charger are you looking at? If it's a Jackson racing charger, i bet you'll max it around 250. Super chargers don't really make huge power. but it will be instant. No lag from the turbo. Every supercharged car that comes in to the shop and gets tuned max's around 240-250. Most i've seen was 256hp @11psi, on a fully built gsr
D16z6. Golden Eagle. AFI Turbo. Precision Turbo. Hondata. CG racing.

Bench racing is pointless no matter what setup you try to copy you will get different results. Build it, dyno it ... then you'll know what you will make. And you can run high comp with a SC no problem ... well you can run high comp with a turbo too, it's all in the tune.

SC love high comp IIRC. From what I can remember it's much easier to tune high come on a SC than with a turbo.
FWIW I'm running 10.2:1 with boost (on a turbo) and it's all sorts of fun.
