- Mon Oct 03, 2011 1:17 am #275840 well the d15 is in the bay and everything js hooked up. fuel lines everything but the motor.will not start? the only code.is 21 for vtec because i havent wired.it yet..the tranny ground and thermostat ground are connected but idk why its not starting. any help?
