I am from Ft.Lewis Stationed here, I am from Colorado Originaly.

I dont know where people hang out here or anything... I just kinda do my own thing. I miss hangin out in the car community.

There's an admin on here, Chrono404, who is from Olympia and they have some meets occaisionally. I'd hit him up. I'm thinking about driving up sometime :thumb:

I have head that they do have meets, I havent been able to make any of them... cuz work, other things goin on. I hear portland has a Huge car sceene. people tell me all the time I should go down there and check it out. but I dont know anyone there. so I never been down there.

I hate moving. I am hoping for one more move back to colorado in 3 years and I will be done moveing I think.

I got lucky with my girlfriend. I met her when I was flying back home from work! She lives in Spokane and now we're about to get engaged! She doesn't know about that but wants it realllllly bad though :thumb:

But back to the build.
I been lookin around and am probbably gonna order some Darton sleeves here soon, anyone ever ran them?

I been reading up on sleeving the block and some people have said that once the stock sleeves are taken out, over by cylinder number one there can be a hole for the timing belt cover... its a hit and miss. that got me kinda nervous.

But anyway has any one ever used Darton Sleeves?

Thanks man! and we have, we got 10in of snow last night alone.

its been gettin bad, It pretty much snowed all day today, and all day yesterday was crappy... there sayin its gonna be bad again to night but only time will tell.

Gonna pick it up next weekend if the seller can hold it for me.

and once I have that in my possesion I can start buyin my bottom end parts to make a rock solid bottom end and have a beast

Nothing really new, Fixed a leak over this last weekend. Had water coming inside the car, by the passenger side feet... Turned out my weather strip was bad on windsheild.

But I did also Buy a BWR Shift knob cuz mine was horrible.
