Post YOUR Hatchback here

#342098 No problem, since it has a cable clutch set up I'm not sure you can put the eg gas brake pedals in with the integra clutch pedal. I'd put the eg pedal assembly in with the stock hydraulic system and get hydro to cable swap bracket.

The clutch and brake petals are fine how they are, It's just the gas petal I absolutely hate. I need to either get an EG/DC gas petal, or heat and bend it downward some to flatten it out.

#342383 Thinking about boosting it now. Like, something small that spins fast and keep it under 10 psi like a GT25.

#342720 HVAC system fixed! The part that was burnt on the wiring harness uses a standard blue female spade inside the connector, so I reworked the wire, cleaned up the bare spots, and installed it all back in. Had to remove the blower motor and clean it out, because was full of leaves and bugs, though. Because of that, the bearing inside is shot, but it works fine just noisy. Unstuck the valve for the heater control inside the engine bay, and reworked all the cables for shutters in the airbox, so now I have effective heat and defrost.

Also was able to rework the internals for the dizzy, so the tach works cleanly again.

#342727 I just ordered a BLOX front and rear camber kit which is basically all adjustable upper control arms with new ball joints, and a dual-bend short throw shifter from swapshopracing.com

This morning's drive to check the mail at the post office was way too scary, so I said screw it and bought the parts I need to fix the suspension.

Once that comes in, I'll install it. I've got an alignment guy on standby who will get it up on the rack and set the toe and then dial in the camber for me enough to tuck the tires under the fender.

Ugh! Right. But I will admit I am having fun with it. I love having something to work on.

#342781 Swap Shop Racing CALLED me earlier today to tell me that the BLOX rear camber arms were on backorder. He wanted to make sure I was ok with him upgrading them to the more expensive BlackWorks arms for the same price.

um.. Yeah, duh!

Should have a tracking number tomorrow.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys, I've bought from them many times and you just cant beat the customer service...

#343805 I'm slowly working on this hatch, but it's entered a skunkworks stage until I get some things sorted out.

#343863 Teaser parts shot:

And swapped the Grant GT Challenger wheel I had on the sedan onto the hatch. Makes it easier to turn, since it doesn't have power steering.

#344004 Ah I remember the days of no power steering in my old hatch...my car always looked like it was parked by a 90 year old drunk woman! Lol.

Awesome progress bro your wiring skills are sick this thing is really coming along!

#344425 Speaking of wiring, I tried to tackle the stereo wiring last weekend and ran into snags. I got a wiring harness from an 05 EM2 parts car and attempted to splice it into the hatch.

What a nightmare, let me tell you. I got constant, ignition, and ground established, but when I plugged in the deck that WAS working in there that I ripped out, it didn't come on. So I poked and prodded and found out the deck's face died. I looked at the wires, looked at the deck, looked back at the wires, and said screw it and chunked the deck out. I'll probably just use the power and ground to put a single-DIN CB radio in that slot and call it good.

Naw, not while the exhaust on this car sounds as good as it does. ^.^

Parts are rolling in for the hatch, progress is being made.
