- Thu Mar 06, 2008 5:17 am #45088 Just a few tips from mulitpe tucks and shaves I have done. When you start to weld the wholes in the bay make sure you support those welds from the back also. I know alot of guys dont put filler in the bar and just use bondo. Dont do that... the bay will start to rust. Also instead of bondo try using Icing instead.

Okay, what do you mean by support the weld? its welded it isnt going anywhere. haha. Filler in the bar? Also what is icing? Spot putty?
