Ahh i see what you are saying, but i am pretty confident that i had good penetration when i welded any holes, most of which had the tack welded nut on the backside, so there was lots to weld to. So what did you mean by the other things?

- Sun Mar 09, 2008 6:34 pm #45565 Few more things done. built a battery tray for the rear of the car. Its ghetto but it works. Might do a DIY for a cheap battery relocation.

Also, got rid of all the rust in the rear flood of the car.

Used a wire wheel for a angle grinder, got the job done, I then vacuumed and de-greased the floor.
I just used black to plug some seat belt holes and the fuel pump cover bolts. and just stuffed a rag over the gas tank.

I used Bondo Rubberized undercoating.

Also, Not sure of what this part is called but it was really smashed up, so i smashed it back into shape using two hammers! haha Got rid of surface rust cleaned it and primed it all up!
